Extension (On Foundations) and Major Renovation

From structure to aesthetics, Groupe Kubikon inc brought its expertise to bear on this major project. Our team poured the foundations for the extension and renovated the existing space, taking charge of the entire project.

Extension (On Screw Piles) and Major Renovation

Another project that required a whole new level of expertise in house extensions. In view of the existing soil type, our team built the extension on screw piles, offering unrivalled stability. In addition to the extension, Groupe Kubikon inc also carried out the complete renovation of the existing house.

Here's an expansion project worthy of a magazine article! The Groupe Kubikon inc team transformed a simple Montreal shoebox into an architectural masterpiece. We lent our expertise to add a floor and convert a typical house into a contemporary oasis!

Extension (Addition of a Mezzanine) and Major Renovation

An elegant, modern and minimalist project. From the structure to the finishing touches, our team built a mezzanine and completely renovated the flat, giving it a more open feel.

Another innovative method for an extension! Groupe Kubikon inc created additional living space by digging a basement under an existing house. But our work didn't stop there! We also completely renovated the house, from A to Z. Another contemporary vision realized!

Converting a Triplex into a Duplex

A complex conversion project made simple thanks to Groupe Kubikon inc! Our team converted a three-unit building into a duplex, while completely transforming its aesthetics. It's no longer a typical Montréal duplex; it's a modern architectural design!

A mid-century house brought up to date! Our team made sure to renovate the space according to the owners' requirements, while retaining the architectural character of the period in which it was built.
